  • JACKY

    Jacky is the studio manager and lead strength instructor at Reps & Restore. You might also catch her behind the front desk, welcoming members and supporting the community that makes the gym feel like home.

    A mom to two young children, Jacky understands the challenge of prioritizing yourself while balancing life’s demands. In her strength classes, she meets members where they are, offering personalized attention, practical coaching, and a focus on the “why” behind every movement. Jacky creates a fun, supportive environment where members leave feeling stronger, more confident, and energized.

    Whether you’re attending one of her strength training classes, getting guidance at the front desk, or learning alongside her in the gym, Jacky is passionate about helping everyone achieve their goals and have fun while doing it.

  • ASHLEY

    Ashley is a strength coach and group fitness instructor at Reps & Restore. With over a decade of experience in strength training and functional fitness, she helps members build muscle, move better, and create sustainable fitness routines that support long-term results.

    A former Division I basketball player and IFBB Pro Figure competitor, Ashley brings a science-backed, strength-first approach to every class. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Sciences (Dietetics) and multiple advanced certifications, including ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Pain Free Performance Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Neufit Level 1 Practitioner.

    At Reps & Restore, Ashley leads strength-focused group fitness classes designed to challenge all fitness levels while emphasizing proper movement, performance, and confidence. Her goal is to help members get stronger, train smarter, and maintain their results both inside and outside the gym.

  • BRIANNE

    Bri is the lead spin instructor at Reps and Restore, a community-driven gym offering high-energy indoor cycling and spin classes in a welcoming, inclusive environment. She is passionate about helping riders of all fitness levels build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and feel confident through movement.

    At Reps and Restore, Bri creates motivating spin workouts that combine music-driven energy, intentional programming, and a strong sense of community. Her classes are designed to challenge, inspire, and support members whether they are new to spin or experienced cyclists. As a Lululemon Ambassador, Bri represents a commitment to wellness, movement, and meaningful community connections both inside and outside the gym.

  • DOM G.

    Dominic is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and strength coach at Reps & Restore, bringing over four years of experience in one-on-one personal training and strength programming. With a background in professional boxing and amateur MMA, Dominic specializes in functional strength training, conditioning, and goal-driven workouts designed to build muscle, increase power, and improve overall performance.

    Drawing from six years as a professional boxer and seven years as an amateur MMA fighter, Dominic designs strength-based group fitness classes that challenge members while emphasizing proper movement, discipline, and measurable progress. His classes focus on developing full-body strength, endurance, and confidence for all fitness levels.

    A Colorado native, Dominic is passionate about helping members push past limits and achieve sustainable results through structured strength training. At Reps & Restore, he is excited to bring his athletic experience into a motivating group fitness environment and grow alongside the community.

    Gracie is a spin and strength instructor at Reps & Restore, leading high-energy indoor cycling and strength training classes designed to challenge members while keeping movement fun, functional, and sustainable. Her goal as a group fitness instructor is to help members enjoy physical activity both inside and outside the gym, building strength, endurance, and confidence for the long term.

    With a degree in exercise science and experience as a personal trainer, Gracie brings an evidence-based approach to every class. She is passionate about functional movement, creative programming, and music-driven workouts, using unique playlists to motivate and elevate both spin and strength training sessions.

    At Reps & Restore, she looks forward to guiding members through challenging, supportive, and engaging group fitness classes that make spin and strength training both effective and enjoyable.

    HALEY

    Haley is a spin instructor at Reps & Restore in Fort Collins, leading high-energy indoor cycling classes that combine strength, endurance, and fun. A longtime fan of group fitness, Haley discovered her love for spin after joining Reps & Restore as a member when the gym opened in 2024. She is passionate about helping members find joy in movement and creating workouts that feel challenging, rewarding, and accessible for all fitness levels.

    Haley’s spin classes feature music-driven rides with a mix of electronic, EDM, and pop favorites, designed to keep members motivated and engaged from warm-up to cool-down. She loves building community in every class, cheering on participants, and encouraging everyone to reach their personal best. Haley looks forward to sharing her love for music, movement, and group fitness while growing with the Reps & Restore community.

  • JANELLE

    Janelle is a registered dietitian and fitness instructor at Reps & Restore, leading heated mat Pilates and spin classes designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance in a supportive, community-focused environment. A Colorado native, she combines her passion for holistic health with her love for movement to create classes that help members feel seen, valued, and empowered.

    With three years of experience in fitness and nutrition, Janelle emphasizes functional movement, mindful strength, and music-driven energy in every class. Her goal is to create an authentic, welcoming space where participants can grow, challenge themselves, and enjoy the journey toward their fitness goals. Outside the gym, Janelle enjoys music, reading, time with her two cats, and sharing laughter with the community she coaches.

  • KAIA

    Kaia is a spin instructor at Reps & Restore in Fort Collins, leading high-energy indoor cycling classes that build endurance, strength, and confidence. Certified in 2025, she brings fun, music-driven rides with pop, dance, and electronic beats. Kaia loves motivating all fitness levels, creating a positive community, and helping members push themselves while enjoying every spin classes.

    Outside of the studio, Kaia enjoys exploring Fort Collins with her husband and two dogs, sampling local food and drinks, and supporting her family business. She’s thrilled to call Reps & Restore her cycling home and looks forward to helping the community grow stronger, fitter, and more confident through spin.

  • LINDSEY

    Lindsey is a strength instructor at Reps & Restore in Northern Colorado, specializing in strength training, functional fitness, and performance-based workouts for all fitness levels. With over eight years of experience in the health and wellness industry, she helps members build strength, improve movement, and achieve long-term results through evidence-based coaching and personalized attention.

    A Northern California native and University of Northern Colorado graduate, Lindsey believes in using exercise as a form of therapy. She motivates members with a mix of accountability, humor, and encouragement, creating a supportive and energizing environment in every class.

    When she’s not coaching, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and pets. At Reps & Restore, she brings energy, expertise, and a passion for helping every member reach their fitness goals.

  • LYDIA

    Lydia is a strength instructor and fitness professional at Reps & Restore in Fort Collins, specializing in strength training, functional fitness, and personal training. With nearly five years of experience in health and wellness, she helps members at Reps & Restore build muscle, improve mobility, and achieve long-term fitness results through evidence-based strength programs and group fitness classes.

    A Colorado State University graduate with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and a Master’s in Exercise Oncology, Lydia is also a certified Exercise Physiologist. She works full-time at UCHealth’s Cancer Center, supporting individuals living with and beyond cancer through therapeutic exercise, and brings this holistic, results-driven approach to her strength classes at Reps & Restore.

    At Reps & Restore, Lydia focuses on creating a welcoming, motivating, and supportive environment for all fitness levels. Her classes emphasize proper movement, functional strength, and sustainable results, helping Fort Collins members feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Outside the gym, she enjoys yoga, paddleboarding, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Nicole Denny

    NICOLE

    Nicole is a Holistic Health and Movement Practitioner and fitness instructor at Reps & Restore in Fort Collins, specializing in strength training, functional fitness, HIIT, and applied stretching. With a foundation in mindfulness and movement, Nicole helps members at Reps & Restore feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

    She began her wellness career in 2015 teaching kickboxing and has since expanded her expertise to include weight lifting, functional fitness, and strength-based group classes. Nicole studied Food Science and Human Nutrition at Colorado State University and combines her knowledge of nutrition, movement, and recovery to create evidence-based, results-driven fitness programs.

    A competitive martial artist working toward a professional career, Nicole brings discipline, energy, and a deep understanding of how the body moves to every class at Reps & Restore. Her coaching emphasizes proper form, functional strength, and sustainable progress for members of all fitness levels. Outside of the gym, Nicole enjoys staying active, attending live music events, spending time in nature, and exploring her love of cooking and nutrition.

    I’m Pamela, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Specialist at Reps & Restore in Fort Collins. Fitness has been my love for years—whether running 5Ks to 50Ks, road biking, lifting weights, or leading fun, challenging group classes. I’m passionate about helping members build strength, improve endurance, and achieve their fitness goals, all while having a little fun along the way. With over eight years of coaching experience and a knack for combining accountability with humor, I create a welcoming and motivating environment for all fitness levels. Outside the gym, I’m a proud spouse of 30 years and parent to three amazing adult kids—so yes, I know a thing or two about juggling life with fitness!
