How should you prepare for your sauna and cold plunge experience?
01 HYDRATE
Hydration is key for sauna use. Bring a water bottle or purchase one at the studio.
02 CLOTHES
Dress up (or down) to your comfort level. Most clients sweat in a swimsuit or workout attire.
03 HOW LONG?
Your sauna session suite is booked for 45 minutes. Cold Plunge private suites are booked for 15 minutes. Arrive 5 minutes early for a suite tour + introduction.

How do you clean sauna between uses?
We clean each sauna before and after every session. Towels are refreshed and sanitized between each client. Each sauna is created with untreated natural antimicrobial wood adding an extra layer of protection. Our saunas maintain a constant elevated temperature ensuring a clean and healthy session.
Who should not cold plunge?
People with pre-existing heart conditions should avoid extreme temperature swings
How do you clean the cold plunge between uses?
The cold plunge tub has a robust filtration system that includes: UV, Ozone and a 5 micron filter. We allow a minimum of a 10 minute cleaning cycle between clients. A more in depth cleaning is done at the beginning of each day. Water is replaced as needed and ongoing maintenance (testing pH) to ensure the highest quality crystal clear water.
Do you provide towels?
Yes we provide towels in every private suite.
Who should not sauna?
If you're under 18, pregnant, not feeling well/have a fever, or are under the current supervision of a physician.
Note: Consult your practitioner, but if getting botox, please wait 36- 48 hours to sauna
Do you have showers?
Yes! We have two showers in the womens restroom and one shower in the mens restroom. We have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, and towels.

What are your classes like?
We offer a variety of different classes from HIIT, strength, bootcamp, cycle only classes, combo cycle and strength (Ride & Reps), combo cycle and yoga (Ride & Restore), and yoga. Do I need to wear cycling shoes for any of the ride classes?
Our bikes are equipped for SPD cycling clips but cycling shoes are not required. They also have baskets for non-clip in shoes.
*If you are doing a combo ride and strength class please make sure to bring a pair of tennis shoes for the strength portion if you do bring cycling shoes. Your workout will being on the bikes then transition to the strength room.
How long are your classes?
Most classes we offer are 45 minutes excpet for the Ride & Restore and Ride & Reps classes are 1 hour.
