ACCOUNT & MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

  • You can book classes through the Reps & Restore app or our website. Members can book 14 days in advance. For example if you want to attend a 5:30am class on Tuesday in two weeks, bookings open exactly 14 days prior at 5:30am.

Please make sure to check in upon arrival to confirm your booking and avoid receiving a no-show fee. Arriving 10 minutes before class is recommended to setup and warm up. If you arrive late, your spot may be given away to those on our waitlist of you may not be allowed to join due to disrupting the instructor and/or lessening the member experience.

    • Members and guests may not enter a class once the doors are closed and class has started.

    • New guests must arrive at least 10 minutes early.

    • New guests, members + guests arriving late:

      • will not be able to enter class and credited back to reschedule. You will not be charged a fee.

  • You can cancel your spot in class up to 12 hours before the class begins without any penalty. However, if you cancel within 12 hours of class, a $10 late cancel fee will apply. No-shows will result in a $15 fee.

For restore sessions you have up to 1 hour before session start time to cancel without any penalty. If you do not cancel within 1 hour of the session, a $10 late cancel fee will apply. No shows will result in a $15 fee.

If you are on a waitlist please ensure you are available to attend and have notifications turned on and are subscribed to our emails so you are notified when you’re added to the class. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the next member in line can take your spot. Managing your schedule and cancelling in advance helps us ensure that all members have the opportunity to attend as many classes as possible.

  • Along with our class based studio, we also offer Open Gym. Open Gym is available whenever a class is not in session.

All participants are required to clean up after themselves. If you use a space in between class time, please ensure that all equipment is returned to it’s proper place. This helps us maintain a clean and organized environment for everyone.

  • We are a cashless and all-electronic facility. You can access all of your billing statements and account information through our Reps & Restore app or our website. You may add and remove payment methods through the app, but all members with a recurring membership must have a valid payment method on file.

Membership dues are charged every 28 days from the start of your membership.

    • All memberships automatically renew every 28 days on a month-to-month basis until canceled in writing. You must give Reps & Restore, at minimum, a 28 days’ notice when requesting to terminate your membership. You will be responsible for one more payment on the day of your next billing cycle. If you are billed on the first of every month and request to cancel on the 20th you will have one more payment and can use the studio through the end of your billing period. We suggest informing the studio as close to your bill date as possible when wanting to terminate your membership. To terminate notice must be provided to management@repsandrestore.com.

    • If you want to pause your membership due to travel or injury, you must notify Reps & Restore promptly. There will be a $10 charge for every two weeks that your account is on hold.

    • In the event that you want to cancel your membership while you are on freeze, you will be responsible for one final payment of your monthly dues.
