Adria
Ready to sweat, groove, and level up? Adria loves to make fitness fun, challenging, and totally doable—whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro. She began teaching group fitness classes in Tampa, FL in 2023 and is excited to start coaching in her new home state!
With a passion for pushing limits and a contagious love for music (her DMs are always open to song requests!), Adria creates dynamic, beat-driven classes that motivate riders to step outside their comfort zones. Whether you're sprinting or climbing, expect to tap in to your greatest potential. It may be a physical workout, but Adria loves to push riders mentally too! Her favorite part about coaching is building community and seeing her riders level up — both on and off the bike.
When Adria isn’t teaching or taking group fitness classes, you can find her running, hitting the slopes, or spoiling her rescue pup, Luna. scription goes here

Bethany
In my classes, I love to encourage students to explore new poses, hold them for a bit longer, and always practice self-compassion. I believe in meeting ourselves where we are each day with grace and understanding - knowing that our bodies and energy can feel different every day and that's ok!
Creating a positive and welcoming space is a priority for me, allowing everyone to leave their worries at the door and dedicate time to their own well-being. I can't wait to see you on your mat!

Gracie
Hello! I'm Gracie :) My goal as an instructor is to accurately challenge each member in a way that allows them to enjoy physical activity, both inside and outside the gym, for as long as possible. When it comes to group fitness, I am extremely passionate about functionality, creativity, and unique playlists. A fun fact about me is that I am the oldest of 4, so I've been sharpening my leadership skills from a very young age. With my degree in exercise science, experience as a personal trainer, and my long list of certifications, I am looking forward to leading you through an enjoyable, evidence based experience at R&R!

Kaia
Kaia was born and raised in Fort Collins and will brag about it any chance she gets. She went to the University of Miami for Music Business and Vocal Jazz Performance and while she doesn’t perform anymore, she will be singing along during every work out! She has loved group fitness her whole life. Her love started with yoga and in 2016, she received her 200 hour yoga teach certification in Miami, Florida. While living in Florida, she discovered her love for indoor cycling at SoulCycle and has been riding ever since! She has been so excited to find her cycling home at Reps and Restore and got certified as a cycling instructor in 2025. Her classes will be filled with pop anthems, vibey-dance beats, and electronic music. You can expect to dance, to laugh, and to push yourself in every class. Outside of working out, Kaia loves hanging out with her husband and their two dogs, eating and drinking her way around Fort Collins, and working at her family business.

Stacy
I've been a personal trainer and coach since 2009. I am also a holistic health coach and hiking guide. I'm an ultra runner and love all types of fitness. I'm also a dog mom of an amazing rescue dog, Jetson, who is my running and hiking partner.
I have a passion for helping people find their way through their fitness and wellness journey. I love showing people that their impossible is possible!
