Bethany
In my classes, I love to encourage students to explore new poses, hold them for a bit longer, and always practice self-compassion. I believe in meeting ourselves where we are each day with grace and understanding - knowing that our bodies and energy can feel different every day and that's ok!
Creating a positive and welcoming space is a priority for me, allowing everyone to leave their worries at the door and dedicate time to their own well-being. I can't wait to see you on your mat!

Candice
Hello! I’m Candice and one of your trainers at Reps and Restore! I’ve been coaching for about 4 years now. My goal as an instructor is to inspire and motivate my class to reach their fitness goals but most importantly having fun while doing it! Outside of coaching, I have a photography business and love camping and exploring in Colorado with my family (I have two boys!)

Gracie
Hello! I'm Gracie :) My goal as an instructor is to accurately challenge each member in a way that allows them to enjoy physical activity, both inside and outside the gym, for as long as possible. When it comes to group fitness, I am extremely passionate about functionality, creativity, and unique playlists. A fun fact about me is that I am the oldest of 4, so I've been sharpening my leadership skills from a very young age. With my degree in exercise science, experience as a personal trainer, and my long list of certifications, I am looking forward to leading you through an enjoyable, evidence based experience at R&R!

Jessica
Jess, originally from Indiana, moved to Fort Collins. As someone who has always participated in group fitness herself, she truly believes it is one of the best ways to get an efficient and effective workout in! She has been coaching in group fitness for quite some time now, and says it is the most rewarding job ever!! Jess's goals as your instructor are to make you feel welcome, successful and confident every time you move your body; and maybe she'll even get you to laugh at one of her jokes on the mic! When Jess is not in the gym, you can find her coaching her sons little league baseball team, or working her full time job as a photographer! She spends the rest of her time with her husband, her two boys, and their 3 big dogs. As your instructor Jess hopes to inspire you , encourage you, and be your biggest cheerleader!

Kathryn
Kathryn, a Virginia native, relocated to Colorado in 2020 with her husband, Grady, and their two dogs, Beau and Rory. Throughout her life, Kathryn has held a deep passion for movement, health, and fitness. After dedicating five years to her career as a professional ballet dancer, she shifted focus to a new path that led her to a full-time position in digital marketing at Feedvisor while teaching fitness classes part-time. Kathryn has explored and experimented with various fitness practices. Given her dancing background, she has always loved beat based movement and the spin bike allows for a fun but effective way to workout! She hopes that clients leave her classes at Reps and Restore feeling successful but with a smile on their face! Kathryn loves how group fitness gives Individuals the ability to come as they are and escape for 45 minutes!
