    +Infrared Benefits

    +Red light benefits

    +Chromotherapy benefits

All in one session in the privacy of your own suite. Watch a netflix show on our in sauna screen, listen to music through the bluetooth speakers, or get some work done. The possibilities are endless.

  • SWEAT OUT THE TOXINS

One of the main health benefits of an infrared sauna is its ability to increase your blood circulation and stimulate the sweat glands, releasing built-up toxins in the body; such as lead, mercury, nickel, alcohol, nicotine, sulfuric acid and other organic and inorganic compounds.

  • RECOVERY

Muscle recovery is all about improving blood flow. The heat from an infrared sauna causes your blood vessels to dilate, thus increasing blood flow by 68% and improving circulation after as little as 15 minutes.

Help muscles recover faster, decrease inflammation and relieve tension, aches and pain to start living a pain free life.

  • SKIN HEALTH

You’ll see improved tone, elasticity, and texture. The sweat from your infrared sauna session will cleanse your pores of toxins and help the skin expel dead skin cells.

Red light therapy can stimulate collagen production, improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles, and promote overall skin health.

Increased blood circulation draws your skin’s own natural nutrients to the surface and has been shown to relieve acne, eczema, psoriasis and minimize the constant itch associated with these skin conditions. In addition, burns, cuts and open wounds heal more quickly, helping to reduce scarring.

  • SLEEP

Our saunas are a total game-changer when it comes to a good nights rest. Your body will release serotonin and increase dopamine levels in your brain, much like the natural high you get after a workout, and improve feelings of happiness.

By using an infrared sauna before bed, you calm your mind and body, promoting restful sleep. Over time, this therapy will improve natural melatonin and other sleep related hormone levels to help you get better rest naturally.

  • PHYSICAL

As your body increases sweat production and pumps blood at a greater rate to boost circulation, it’s busy burning calories – up to 600 calories in a single infrared session.

Plus, cellulite reduction is an added benefit. The increased heart rate and blood circulation work together to stop fatty deposits and fibrosis from accumulating liquids in the fat cells to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Common Questions

  • The temperature within the infrared sauna sits between 140-165 degrees, this is the optimum temperature to receive full benefits of the sauna.

In your first few sessions it can take around 10-20 minutes to break a sweat. This is because our saunas are heating your body directly and raising your core temperature, rather than simply heating your skin with hot air.

This is a defining difference from a traditional or community sauna you might have used before. As your body becomes more accustomed to raising your core temperature on a regular basis, your sweat will become more excessive and start sooner into your session.

The more you come in, the better you will feel. Just like working out or dieting, it will take a few sessions before benefits begin to manifest.

  • Our saunas are made from cedar wood which is naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. Infrared lighting and the sauna temperature are also natural disinfectants. We clean & disinfect the saunas & room after each use.

  • Drink enough water before, during, and after your sauna session. It is also recommended to eat a light meal before your session to avoid feeling faint or light headed as the sauna will activate your cardiovascular system and increase your heart similar to a slow jog.

We have filtered water that you can fill your water bottle up with. We also provide drinks, electrolytes, and healthy snacks for purchase.

  • Swimsuits are great, but if you feel more comfortable having clothes on, lightweight clothing is best.

We also recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session – there is nothing worse than trying to put on tight clothing when you are hot and sweaty!
